Share links, without the trackers

Most share buttons come with a hidden cost. The official widgets from the big networks load their own scripts on your page, and those scripts start watching every visitor the moment the page opens, whether anyone shares or not. Many of them are unusable from a keyboard. That is a strange price to ask your readers to pay for a button most of them will never press.

Windrow now ships sharing that works the other way. Every share link is a plain link: copy the address, send it by email, or pass it to Facebook, X, Bluesky or LinkedIn. On a phone, one more button opens the device's own share sheet. Nothing loads from any network until a reader chooses to share, and the links work even with JavaScript turned off. The two buttons that need JavaScript, copy link and the share sheet, stay hidden until the browser can back them up.

You do not add it page by page. Sharing is a site setting: on for posts out of the box, one checkbox for pages, and a toggle on every collection, so your podcast episodes can carry share links while your FAQs stay quiet. Any single page can bow out. And like everything Windrow publishes, the row passes the same accessibility gate as the rest of the page: real names on every link, reachable by keyboard, readable on every theme.
